Inspiration & Mission
It’s the odd person who doesn’t love cheese, right? I mean, what’s the first thing you think of when you’re planning a party? No, not beer pong, we’re past that now! It's a cheese platter, of course! But the cheese I consumed while growing up came from dairy milk, which I later learned is derived from an inherently cruel industry. So, I set about making cheese, not from cow's milk, but from plant-based milks and nuts. With more and more people turning to a healthier, cruelty-free, and more sustainable vegan lifestyle, my hope is that the superior quality of my artisanal cheeses will entice and make converts of even the most stubborn omnivores.
